It was excellent! AGAIN! I float home feeling like my cup is full. Fourth treatment today. Old body patterns are shifting. My inner dialogue is maturing. I’m feeling nurtured. I’m so grateful for these changes in my wellbeing. Girija is a generous and kind practitioner. I feel very lucky she’s in our neighbourhood!

Acupuncture hasn’t generally been something I connect with as an ongoing modality.. however, the session with Girija I experienced a noticeable and profound shift in my body during and following the session. Girija certainly knows her stuff, holds an amazing space and has deep wisdom. I'm looking forward to continuing the work with her to see what evolves and shifts from her treatments.

Third treatment today, could’ve quite easily fallen asleep on the table. Girija’s skill at working with what your body is asking for, it’s really next level. I can completely surrender to the treatments now, fully trusting. I just need to work on my ‘inbetween treatments self care’ to get the most out of these healings. Feeling very privileged to receive this level of care.
