Third treatment today, could’ve quite easily fallen asleep on the table. Girija’s skill at working with what your body is asking for, it’s really next level. I can completely surrender to the treatments now, fully trusting. I just need to work on my ‘inbetween treatments self care’ to get the most out of these healings. Feeling very privileged to receive this level of care.

My second visit today, to see Girija for treatment. In the time between appointments, my body has experienced some big shifts, so I was looking forward to today, to see what Girija magic was possible for the next fortnight?

I really love this treatment space, it’s instant calm for me. The room is temperate in decor, uncluttered and clean, with beautiful natural light filtering through smoked glass panels, it really appeals to my over stimulated mind. Signalling to quieten my thoughts.

Loads of acupuncture today, gosh it’s effective. It’s incredible when you ‘think’ you’re in a ‘restful’ state, to feel your body sink much further into the table, the relief, almost immediate. Girija herself is warm and sincere. I feel supported and entirely safe in her care. Soothed and somehow, simultaneously ‘lighter AND grounded’ by the time I leave.

The Nightingale Wurru Wurru Biik building provides a safe, quiet, and peaceful setting. The room is warm, and the table is very comfortable.

Girija listened carefully to my complex health history and observed thoughtfully. This allowed her to prioritise the most suitable multidisciplinary, hands-on treatment, creating a soothing and balancing experience.
